When you drag and drop a message from a queue to another destination, the CopyProviderProperties setting is not honoured. All properties are copied, even the ones that start with the name 'JMS'. You can see this in the UserHeaderPropertiesPanel: All JMS properties are shown.
When you do a copy and paste, it does work as expected. No properties with a name starting 'JMS' are copied.
