Its confusing as they are not really topics or queues. Better for users to create lots of stores and use each one as a folder for messages.
It can be reverted to the original behaviour in Configuration->ShowDestinationsInMessageStore property dialog.

Make the display of topics/queues of messages in message stores disabled by default.
