In the pop up menu once a browse has occurred, add an action to chain by a particular header property in the selected message - use JamSel to filter the contents of the browse into a new window to extract the conversation.

Partially fixed, in a browse pane you can right click on a message and select "Correlate" to match any messages on the queue or topic that have either this JMSMessageID (i.e. this one) and any that have its JMSMessageID as the correlationID.
